ART's are 3+ months out.
Please take this into consideration when scheduling your follow ups.
Appointments can be scheduled up to 4 months in advance.
Medication Refills
If you need a prescription refilled, please request the refill a week before you run out as it can take up to 3 business days. Thank you for your understanding.
